Heather is an artist, educator, and has been in practice as a pelvic physical therapist for the past 15 years in Haywood County. She is also a sexuality counselor and leaps at opportunities to bring sex-positive education and discussion into western North Carolina.
In 2015 she founded Vino & Vulvas which prides itself on “edgy, inclusive, and informative” content in the form of live, local events with (mostly) local experts. She teaches transgender pelvic health nationally through Pelvic Guru. She is also the author and Illustrator of Important Parts: A Coloring Book for the Crotch Enthusiast which seeks to bring education and enjoyment of genital anatomy to everyone regardless of gender… but especially to those who have a more complicated relationship with their own anatomy.
Enjoy this one-hour Living Well with Heather who talks about the monthly Vino & Vulvas meeting and the important and entertaining conversations that take place about sex-positive education!
