Dayna Reggero is an award-winning filmmaker, creative entrepreneur, and connector.  She is the founding director of the Climate Listening Project that not only focuses on our changing climate, but how we are changing as individuals.  Dayna believes when we listen to and share our own realities, overcome our fears and stereotypes, heal ourselves, and become whole.  Her work showcases how real change is not just about acknowledging and adapting to our changing weather – it is about changing the climate of our political, social, inclusion, and economic realities.  Dayna believes we all have unique and important stories, contributions, experiences, and perspectives as we listen, learn, change, and grow.

In 2018, Dayna’s work was selected by National Geographic to be featured as an Open Explorer Expedition and in Woman’s Day Magazine as an “Earth Mother: an Artist Activist who isn’t just fighting for cleaner air and water, but protecting a community’s most precious resources – its people.” The Climate Listening Project has reached more than 10 million people and won several awards, including “Best Short Documentary” at the Belize International Film Festival.  One CLP episode features two women in Stokes County, N.C., who are using their local resources and their voices to fight against the harmful effects of coal ash and fracking.
