Kaleo feels very blessed with all that her Hawaiian teachers have shared with her since the late 80’s, and she now shares with others here on the Mainland and especially in the western mountains of North Carolina. She reconnects us with this ancient knowledge and way of living, offering wonderful opportunities to look within to deepen our spiritual understanding and sense of personal empowerment. The spirituality of the Hawaiian people helps us to maintain harmonious relations with our spirit, body & mind, the sacred land around us, and the human family to co-create the world and our lives that emphasizes community and caring for each other.
